Data protection

Any data stored with Pactima is protected in encryption at rest and in transit. Use of firewall and every protected request authenticated against the requester's access token every time a request is made. All communications use TLS (Transport Layer Security) encryption. Data is stored and encrypted at rest using AES 256-bit encryption.

Data Deletetion and Retention

We follow a standard 7 year policy, unless requested by the user for deletion. At reuest, the user can remove all customer data and audit trails. Documents under legal hold or belonging to multiple parties can be deleted once hold is removed or agreement by other owners.

Payment card industry compliance

All payments are processed through our payment provider (Stripe) meet full compliance criteria. Credit card information is never stored on Pactima computer servers.
